Social Styles Assessment

TRACOM’s SOCIAL STYLE program assesses your personal style and your Versatility, allowing you to take steps to improve your relationships and performance. Taking these steps is especially important for increasing leadership performance, developing coaching skills, increasing sales, building relationships, working in teams and enhancing communications.

 The social styles assessment is particularly useful for knowing your audience. We use this this survey to ascertain the best fit of training exercises for individuals; and then during the training we help the delegates discover for themselves, that rather than there being one "best style", we see that actually 75% of people in the world (including clients) are not like them! So what can I do to improve communication with them?

Why is understanding others' social styles so important?

Of the three elements of Social Intelligence, your SOCIAL STYLE, often known as your Behavioral Style, is the easiest for others to assess. They may not see your Emotional Intelligence or identify your Mindset, but they can tell if you are animated, rushed or sulking. The way you behave has a direct impact on your interactions with others and on your success in the workplace. We’re judged on our behaviours.

Each of the four Styles displays positive and negative characteristics when working with others, and research shows that people of any SOCIAL STYLE can be successful in any profession. If someone’s SOCIAL STYLE is not inherently good or bad, what is the point of studying these behavioral preferences? The SOCIAL STYLE Model teaches people to identify the preferences of others and modify your behavior to make others more comfortable. This is known as Versatility, and it is strongly linked to career and business success.

Based on the results of the Social Styles assessment, clients are free to select groups and match the type of training to the individual's and company's needs. The results of the assessment are later used in all of the training areas mentioned below to help participants improve their communication with clients and colleagues.
