My Background:
Since beginning my working life at the age of seventeen in an industrial city of northern England, I have seen that the most successful companies are those in which all employees feel (and are) a part of ONE VISION.
In-company training benefits all stakeholders, from outsourced cleaning staff to the shareholders themselves. I have been very impressed by the talent and dedication of many trainers and trainees I have had the pleasure of meeting over the years, as well as by many CEOs’ commitment to continual learning.
After a year in South America in 2002, I decided to return to the world of business in Europe, to be a part of this learning organisation in the role of freelance trainer. I want to become a part of your organisation’s training resources. In return, I offer my skills and dedication to quality learning as yet another valuable asset to aiding the successful training of your employees in the future and helping them to achieve the business initiatives required for their and your success.

Professional Experience:
More recently I have worked for a number of multi-nationals in Europe, South Africa and the Middle East. I have recognised that my experience in the world of modern technology at managerial and training levels gives me the practical insight as well as the customer savvy necessary to deliver training to people in business. I have personally assisted a number of CEOs to share their vision and training philosophy throughout their organisations.
